Bob Dittmann started his insurance agency in 1946, with the goal of helping friends and neighbors in and around Pittsburg, Kansas. He wanted to provide the coverage they needed to feel protected at home, on the road, and at work.
In the decades since, that goal hasn’t changed. We’re still family-owned and operated, just with a broader sense of family and even deeper expertise in insurance. Most of our agents have been here for decades. Many of our customers are generational. And our connections to the community and insurance providers are wider and stronger than ever.
Our team is deeply devoted to insurance. Unusually so. We’ve spent years and years poring over policies and possibilities advocating for every client to get the best deal and the best coverage. And we’ve loved every minute of it.

In this day in age there are not many bills that I choose to personally go and pay in person, and it isn’t because they don’t offer online bill pay.
